See light never before

Rebright allows you to take pictures unlike anything you've taken before.

Rebright allows you to see those details in the dark, see the details in the high contrast shadows on a bright summer's day, or compress an entire scene - like a waterfall - into a single image.

Rebright brings the capabilities of the latest smartphones to much older devices.

Rebright is a democracy of pixels, capturing and distilling moments in a totally new way.

A democracy of pixels

Cameras need to capture light. The more light the better the photograph. The longer they capture light for, the more light they capture.

However, your hands are not a tripod, and they move and shake, so the image blurs.

Also, if you capture for too long the bright parts of your photograph over expose, and you lose all the detail.

Rebright solves both of these problems by combining many many images of the same moment into a single photograph.

Now, daytime long exposures, low light night photographs, and extreme dynamic range photographs - all handheld - can be created with anyone with even just a modest smartphone.

For photo enthusiasts and professionals

Rebright isn't just for professional photographers, so long as you have a passion for editing photographs, Rebright can help with your workflow.

You don't even need to download an app - Rebright can create long exposures from video files, if they are filmed according to some simple guidelines.

Rebright outputs high quality 16bit TIFF files (or 8bit files if needed), that can be loaded into your photo editing software of choice to develop and grade the photo how you wish.

More news coming soon

We are excited to share Rebright with you, and we'll be posting photographs created using it daily until launch.

We have been able to create photographs at a similar level to the latest iPhone 11 and Google Pixel 4, using handsets two and three years older (Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and iPhone 7) - all of the photographs on this site were taken with one of those two phones, and then graded using Lightroom. We have also used Rebright to create incredible photographs with the iPhone 4S, a phone released in 2011.

We will be sharing photographs daily on our Instagram feed, with details of the handset used and the edits performed.

For now, just enjoy more photographs below...
